I wanted to thank you I was in a bad situation where my realtor
[ from a different company ] had given me some very bad advice to buy a second
home no subjects because he could sell my first home quickly . I was in the
mall and you greeted me at your HomeLife kiosk and I told you a bit
about my situation . The advice you gave me was so valuable. My house was on
the market 200 days with no action and as soon as I followed your advice and
found out what needed to be done I talked to my realtor explained he only had
a week left with our contract then I would be relisting with you
and believe it or not the house had an offer the next day with a closing date
of one week later . I never got to list with you but know if we had you would
have done a phenomenal job and brought us top dollar . I really appreciate how
you took the time to help someone who wasn’t even listed with you and I can
guarrantee any friend or family who needs to buy or sell will be receiving your
name from me . You really know the industry that you are in and because
